Utilizing electric heating technology, the nozzle retrieves the product from the strong mold and transports it to the hydraulic pressing mold for embossing. Following the completion of the embossing process, the products is deposited onto the deep-link chain conveyor belt and automatically introduced into the rotating holding assembly for the coating process.

In the subsequent manufacturing stage, the layered raw material is fed into the die-cutting machine. This machine is equipped with advanced servo motors that aid in shaping the raw material into a final product as per mold specifications. This process ensures the production of high-quality output that meets strict standards of precision and consistency.

This assembly houses a coating tank containing a mixture of oil and water resistance chemicals. The tank is elevated, immersing the products in the solution. Any surplus coating is subsequently, the product undergoes additional heating in the heating section through a dry air heating system.

A Storage mold facilitates the transfer of products from the laminating & die-cutting machine to the forming & sealing machine. The forming & sealing machine, featuring two forming stations, is primarily responsible for embissing the product.
