Enviromental Impact, the system captures and reuses syngas for heating, therby reducing dependency on external fuels. In addition, the integrated flue gas purification system minimize emission. ensuringcompliance with environmental standards and supporting sustainable operation.

Safety Systems: Machine operates on negative pressure (-100 Pascal), eliminating the risk of pressure buildup inside the reactor. If reactor pressure rised above a set thershold, system start purging nitogen in and opens the defety value, to restore safe condidtions. Moreover, design of dual hopper system with pneumatic valves before and after each hopper with mechanical seal system prevents air ingress, while integrated safety controls (whole system monitored and controlled by SCADA system, nitrogen backup, emergency values, etc. ensure safe operastion under all conditions.
